The courses are appropriate for a wide range of people who are working with children and adults in a variety of settings, for example, schools, health care settings, local authority, voluntary agencies.  Previous courses have been attended by a wide variety of people including class teachers, head teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, social workers, social care staff, nursery nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, learning disability nurses, nurse practitioners, play therapists, students, and parents.

Participants attend the courses from all over the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as from other parts of the world.  Participants have attended from Australia, France, Greece, Malaysia, Oman, Poland, Qatar to name a few.
